With a strong foundation in the real estate industry, Jessie began her career as an escrow closer at a local title company, where she gained invaluable experience over six years. Her passion for the business led her to Keller Williams Realty, where she excelled as a contract-to-close coordinator. In 2012, she expanded her skill set by becoming a licensed realtor, driven by a desire to better serve her clients. Her leadership abilities were quickly recognized, leading to promotions first to Office Manager and then to Director of Operations in 2015. In 2018, Jessie achieved another significant milestone by becoming a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Today, she proudly owns the True Roots Real Estate Team and serves as the Designated Broker for Keller Williams Chesterfield. Jessie's unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a collaborative team environment sets her apart as a dynamic leader in the real estate industry. Outside of her professional life, Jessie is a dedicated family person. She loves spending quality time with all of her family and her loving husband and three daughters. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures such as boating at the lake, hitting the dirt roads on side-by-side trips, and traveling to new destinations, making cherished memories along the way.
